With five offices in Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, and Sudbury), PRL is a mid-sized brokerage firm with highly experienced leaders joining from some of the top Insurers, Brokers and Risk Management departments in Canada.

We have an exciting new opportunity in our growing Toronto office within our General Insurance division. This newly created role will focus exclusively on working with one of our renowned global clients in the food and beverage industry. Location preference is Montreal or Toronto, but bilingual candidates interested in working from any of our Canadian hybrid offices will be given equal consideration.

Role Description

The successful candidate must have the following skills:

  • Experience in Customer Relations or Guest Service
  • Bilingual language skills (verbal, written and presentation) in French and English
  • Advanced written communication which may involve technical terminology
  • Effective oral skills, including listening, interviewing and the ability to negotiate when required
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to deal with highly sensitive issues, allowing to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations
  • Demonstrated Relationship Building skills to address urgency of issues and timely responsiveness
  • Proactive and positive approach to customer servicing to ensure that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Experience with multi-unit food, beverage or retail organizations
